Fresh Noodles
Golden Pheasant makes a variety of noodles under the House of Bee brand. Our Fresh Noodles (eggless, uncooked and lightly tossed in cornstarch) have a higher degree of gluten which gives a good chewy texture, and thus these noodles stand up well in soups. These noodles are usually purchased frozen for ease of storage and handling. Boil in a large amount of water for approximately 3 to 4 minutes. Drain and rinse in cold water.
