Potsticker Skins
Potstickers are very popular in both Chinese and Japanese cuisine. They are usually served as an appetizer or can be found as an item while eating dim sum. Potstickers, which in Chinese are referred to as “? ?” (guo tie), literally meaning “stick to the pot”, are made from a thin round pastry which is stuffed with a meat and vegetable filling. These pastries are then quickly steamed and fried, leaving a crispy bottom side.
Our potsticker skins are made from wheat flour, eggs and salt. They are lightly dusted with cornstarch to prevent sticking, and are wrapped in freezer paper, one pound per package.
